Working on a coffeeworldrush.com demake.

After a recent DDoS, I noticed it was on an old Rails version. So I upgraded to the latest Rails and swapped rack-attack for its built-in rate limiting.

Also realized the code looks nothing like what I write today, so I’m ditching Tailwind and making it simpler - just how I like my coffee.
