按台灣那些網絡噁男的説法，昏迷被强奸是受害者的問題，不能怪台灣治安，那旅客中暑/急性病發作/遭受物理衝擊都有風險了，隨時被搶被奸……

今年2月那單台中新光三越氣爆事件，有澳門旅客被爆炸波及幾乎家破人忙，以及好幾單旅客車禍事件，都有一群「愛台人士」在指責旅客不懂台灣道路規矩（？？？）。
更荒謬的是還有人直接質疑這些受害旅客是間諜（？？？），各類交通事件和性侵案件是網絡反台勢力有意抹黑（？？？）……就覺得有些人真的沒救了

在地上看到失物，正常人尚且會嘗試尋找失主或交給警察。看到一個大活人（女性）昏迷倒地並且被人（男性）侵犯，倒是能找到十萬個藉口，去責怪受害人，給治安和社會風氣洗地。

看到PO主原帖新聞和下圖那些自以為「愛台人士」的存在，只會更讓人覺得各類性侵案／車禍亂象／食品安全事件……發生在台灣並「不意外」。反正自己永遠正當正確，不可能檢討，全都怪「外人」就行了。

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

《葬送的芙莉蓮》暫時休載，主要是考慮原作和漫畫的兩位老師的健康需要。這樣安排挺合理的。
至今為止的故事完成度和漫畫作畫量都很高，纍積的故事分量也很足；作者休息期間，讀者可以撿起之前的部分慢慢回顧，再過幾個月第二期動畫也開播了，慢慢跟上漫畫進度。
長篇漫畫的創作堪比消耗戰，如今的編輯部和業界有比過去更愛惜作者，是好事。

今年的漫畫新連載<三日月の国　オスマン千夜一夜>。
以16世紀奧斯曼帝國為背景，講述宮廷生活中形形色色的人物和故事。

第1~3回是向往成為繪師的磚瓦工房學徒的故事，有比較認真的歷史考據，包括改革中的奴隸學徒制度，讓凡人也有機會向上爬；對藝術的追求，特別的君臣關係和地域特色。
第四回則是厨房如戰場（真）的小插曲，對食材和菜餚的描繪很是認真，很加分。

前四回（近一整卷單行本）的内容目前都是免費閲讀。
從作畫到故事構成都是桃山あおい作者獨立完成，以新晉漫畫家來説，人物性格塑造、作畫和敘事都有一定風格了，不錯。

He describes the plot of Watchmen, a 1986 graphic novel involving superheroes grappling with moral questions about humanity against the backdrop of impending nuclear war:

The antihero Ozymandias, the antichrist-type figure, is sort of an early-modern person. He believes this will be a timeless and eternal solution – eternal world peace. Moore is sort of a late-modern. In early modernity, you have ideal solutions, ‘perfect’ solutions to calculus. In late modernity, things are sort of probabilistic. And at some point, he asks Dr Manhattan whether the world government is going to last. And he says that ‘nothing lasts forever.’ So you embrace the antichrist and it still doesn’t work.

Thiel later finds biblical meaning in the manga One Piece, discussing how he believes it represents a future where an antichrist-like one-world government has repressed science. He believes that the hero, Monkey D Luffy, represents a Christlike figure.

In One Piece, you are set in a fantasy world, again sort of an alternate earth, but it’s 800 years into the reign of this one-world state. Which, as the story unfolds, gradually gets darker and darker. You sort of realize, in my interpretation, who runs the world and it’s something like the antichrist. There’s Luffy, a pirate who wears a red straw hat, sort of like Christ’s crown of thorns. And then towards the end of the story, transforms into a figure who resembles Christ in Revelation.

Thiel, along with a researcher and writer at Thiel Capital, explored these ideas at greater length in an essay for the religious journal First Things earlier this month.
