I honestly often forget that you can just make stuff.
No need to plan every like or every detail ahead. I'm glad that I just see some 3D artists on e6 who just do whatever they like no matter how random it is. Another lesson to learn.

This feeling when an experimental project fails and you need to create a new idea and new project from scratch, but you are kinda uninspired because of the previous failure which makes the next idea even worse.

Honestly, rotoscoping sucks. In my head it looked so good, but now when trying to make something in practice it has millions of limitations. Camera tracking is not easy, animating bodies is unintuitive because of jiggle and bone parts separation, real footage often frame cropped and low quality.

So what will be next?
- I must try rotoscoping. Will take some real vid and animate it in 3D.
- Non posting research part will be as usual with attempting to use diffusion models as final static renders filter. Had bad results even with flux+controlnets+redux+img2img, need better quality.

Today's wisdom - with default settings Premiere image sequence import and playback sucks.
- 30 fps on import;
- Every frame doubled;
- Requires a render out for smooth playback or having sequence on SSD.
Multiple settings had to be tweaked for it to work as expected in needed framerate.

Waiting patiently when GPU accelerated path guiding and ReSTIR will be implemented in blender cycles to be able render path traced scenes in 1-5 spp perfect quality in less than 10 seconds per frame.

Also considering bluesky is a more niche space. I guess I can make stupid posts here that I'm not willing to do on my other acc.
Today's news:
- I lost around 20 hours of render because my stupid ass always rendered straight in mp4 instead of pngs
- 4k mp4 is not recoverable compared to 1080p mp4 😩
