My Headcanon of him is that he has the personality of Steve Urkel.

Every time something goes wrong, He'll sheepishly turn around and just utter one word as he says it ever so innocently "oopsie~"
But it's in the style of Urkel's "Did i do that?"

HAPPY 15TH ANNIVERSARY TO FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC

15 years ago, a new animated show about ponies aired on TVs. What would be considered as just another kids show would quickly become an unexpected phenomenon. Not only were we introduced to six characters, but we were also introduced to three little fillies who went on a crusade to discover their own identities. In the end, they discovered that they can help others find theirs, ultimately finally earning their own cutie marks.

What this show did for our lives was something larger than life; then the essence, the spirit, will be immortalized by the memory of those who honor them and make the magic of friendship live forever.

I think the green is exclusively his, but I do agree there should be more or make more of established green characters like Oopsy Bear, I Care Bear and Bashful Heart Bear.

Treat heart is mostly the least-represented of all the Cousins. I remember when she was slightly pushed to main cast status in the second season of the Nelvana show
