Increased T-ICAHT severity was closely linked to higher transfusion burden, more frequent bleeding events and poor survival outcomes ☝️

While these therapies have shown promise, the road to optimizing their efficacy while minimizing side effects remains challenging.

➡️ Our mission will be to develop new models and computational frameworks that help us predict and improve their safety & efficacy.

We are a mainly computational lab focused on utilizing big data and high-quality real-world data to better understand and predict patterns of toxicity and response in patients receiving T-cell based immunotherapies (CAR-T, BsAb).
