Been playing around a lot with Dirty Down Rust and Im happy how these have turned out. Almost finished the 9th Board got a few more pieces to do for the Tournament then onto the last BIG Board………

Been pushing myself with Dirty Down the last few weeks. It’s one of those paints thats really unpredictable with temp, surface effecting it. It’s a fun paint to use but theres so much potential other than slap it on and leave it. Anyway heres some photos. #WarhammerCommunity

Love painting me some statues this is the 3rd one for the tournament I'm running. I’ve been trying to get quicker as painting a brass and I think I cracked it. I just wish GW would sell them separately instead of with other scenery.

Following on from yesterdays Ork post, lets have some more! Really nice kit, tempted to get a few more and have a cool oil field production. Used the same technique as the other Ork terrain but did more Brass and picked out the details. #WarhammerCommunity #PaintingWarhammer #40K

Finally got round to taking photos of the large Imperial Fortress (its 4ft x 2ft) its 3d printed and instead of textured paint and base colours, its tile grout, which gives that realistic stone texture.

This is the 2nd Crashed Aquila I’ve painted and I wanted to do contrast the last. Its some textured paint, Dirty down Rust and a drybrush of silver. Quick and simple.

Thats right! The 90’s space cacti has returned. Simple polystyrene balls covered in textured paint with cocktail sticks, painted with Contrast paint (for ease) they’ll go along side the other retro terrain.
