San Diego is paying a family $30 Million after the city and police lost in a civil trial after a cop shot a 16 year old fleeing from gunfire. The kid wasn't the shooter, he was just fleeing the area where the gun fire took place. He was shot in the back by the cop w/o ever giving the kid commands.

I now feel as dense and dumb as MAGA followers.
