I'm probably in the same tent politically/religiously/communally as some awful people. If you tell me that, I will say, "yes, I know." or something like that. Not "you stupid liar, you're obsessed with victimhood, with your long nose and legendary avarice"
Maybe the reason you're not seeing the leftists defending Platner is that they're exclusively addressing this defending toward Jews.

Also, most of them are claiming that he didn't know what the tattoo meant.
"Smooth brained" is an ableist insult. You know who killed people with lissencephaly? NAZIS.
Woohoo I did it
SCENARIO: I need a job, preferably in a certain field. Multiple people (at least six) tell me "contact Dr. A." One of them says, "I told Dr. A about your situation and she says you should talk to her about finding a job. Here's her number." I don't know the social etiquette here.

WHAT DO I DO?
Then there's a contingent of leftists (Bernie bros?) who are Nazis.

On X, most of the Platner defenders are going to be centrist Dem types. On here, the people I see harassing my Jewish mutuals in his defense are self proclaimed leftists.
According to a redditor who claims I have zero media literacy, that just one piece of evidence that can be discounted considering everything else known about him
I think leftists get mad when you bring up their extremists because the right side of the horseshoe is heavily represented in all three branches of federal government and has real power, while the left side does not. Since their extremists lack power they think they shouldn't be scrutinized as much
I don't get why everyone's yelling at you, almost all the people I've seen defending Platner claim that the Democratic party establishment is doing a hit job on him because he's too progressive
JD from Scrubs is a great example of a bad guy who's not cartoonishly evil, but more like the kind you'd meet on a regular basis IRL. He sucks because he's selfish and inconsiderate and self-centered. His own feelings and whims and impulses are always his first priority.

One of the best things about leaving Twitter is forgetting for long periods of time that Bethany Mandel exists.
Some of mine managed to get gassed at Auschwitz and Treblinka
Blocklist for goy Platner supporters when?
Also, if they bring it up, that gives me permission to start verbally abusing them for their choices.
I've straight up told my frum conservative friends (I'd have to disavow my entire immediate family & 90% of my high school & college friends if I stopped being friends with MAGAts) that they are forbidden from discussing politics with me because when they do, I find them repulsive as human beings.
Politics are like team sports basically, and completely divorced from anything that happens in the real world. If you're one of these people.

"The homeland of all Jewish people*"

*"Some restrictions may apply."
I honestly thought of this but I don't want to. This is a job for token neurotypical friends with excellent social skills, and I don't have any.
The biggest problem is that I need a script. I want to sound like someone professional and hireable.
My problem is that instead of pushing through the social anxiety, I keep listening to the voice that says that a mature capable adult who can work a regular job doesn't cry and get palpitations before calling people on the phone.

Last trip I kept accidentally blowing through EZ Pass only toll gates and we don't have an EZ Pass.

Next time I'm buying train tickets three months in advance.
Guess who this was about

You ever meet new people at a shabbos meal and you mention a hot button issue and they say "oh, you know InternetFamousPerson, he talks about that," and you say, "yeah, but he's kind of a weirdo, right?" but they know him IRL, not from the Internet...
