Not wanting to defend the fact digimon time stranger doesnt have a function to check digievolution requirements in the digifarm
But it did force me to take paper notes about what i need to train and i kinda dig the nostalgia it brings me

if the tamer has a strong memory/connection to something, their digimon might latch onto that when digivolving

they are not linear animals and that is sick cool

A lot of digimon gets easier to wrap your head around when you see them as, you know, DIGITAL monsters rather than biological ones

They arent "growing" like pokemon, they are gaining data from many sources and deeply linking with their tamer's emotions
