It's a creative job fair that takes place on social media. Creatives who are looking for work make a post with examples of their work using the hashtag in hopes of reaching clients and connecting with other professionals in the community. Clients in turn use the tag to find artists to hire!😊

Full color illustration from my Out of Memory comic. It depicts the character "Yaoshe Baiqiao" (aka. "Yao") sitting leisurely in a traditional Chinese-style room. He is an elegant man who appears to be in his late twenties or early thirties, with long, curly medium purple hair that extends past his shoulders. He is wearing an elaborate outfit that resembles traditional Chinese hanfu and is holding a pipe that is shaped like a serpent's head in his right hand. A large wisp of smoke can be seen emanating from the mouth of the pipe. Series cover for my Out of Memory webcomic. It features Kurosawa Makoto (黒澤 誠, "sincere black marsh") / Zhen Xinyi (真 心意, multiple meanings), one of the main protagonists in Out of Memory, facing off against one of the main antagonists, Baiqiao Yaoshe (白橋 妖蛇, “demonic snake of the white bridge”). A warrior with reality-warping powers, Xinyi is a pacifist who sees violence as a last resort. Yao, on the other hand, is a charming and manipulative prince who can be ruthless towards his enemies. Xinyi and Yao have a complex relationship that departs from the standard hero - villain dynamic. Cover for Out of Memory - Chapter 5. It features Makoto Kurosawa (real name: Zhen Xinyi) sitting in a well-lit deck with Chinese-style windows, enjoying afternoon tea and snacks. The deck is several stories above ground, as the sky and the upper branches of a tree are all that’s visible through the open windows. In one of the panels, crows are shown flying in the sky. Makoto is sitting at a wooden table. Both the table and the bench he’s sitting on have matching hand-carved decorations. He’s holding a teacup in his gloved right hand, and his left hand is partially hidden by the objects on the table. On top of the table is teapot and a plate of what seems to resemble real-life rice balls. His long bangs are covering his eyes, hiding most of his expression. Makoto is wearing a fantasy version of traditional East Asian attire. Even if his outfit were drawn in full color, it would all be different shades of black and white. The collar of his outfit covers most of his neck and ends just below his chin. His long, white cape starts at the base of the collar and extends almost all the way to the ground. User homoquartz writes: as long as you smile and nod, people are satisfied. it’s just to show that you are nice and there with good intentions. we’re small in a big world and have to rely on other people to be decent to us. so we do our little human dance to each other to say, “i’m not here to hurt you. here’s something we have in common, like the weather or sports or itchy sweaters, so we both know we’re on the same team. we both agree on a basic fact, like that it is rainy or that being itchy is uncomfortable, and this proves we can get along. i’m being light-hearted and non-threatening right now." Small talk isn't to get to know a person. It's just a greeting to affirm you're buddies in the universe. I am motivated by wanting the other person to know I am friendly, so I have gotten pretty decent at small tall when I used to hate it.
