Emergency candles will do that for ya if you want a traditional candle

An oil/kerosene lamp like this will give you the best dollar per hour for actual light. Can be found cheaply online, too

Buying a small desktop mirror to place behind it will also increase usable light output

Insurance is such a fucking scam

OOP for my MRI was *cheaper* than with insurance because they jacked up the price to gouge my insurance, but insurance decided that actually this pre-authorized MRI wasn't really necessary at THAT price, so we won't cover as much
