This is the first week of increasing my jiu jitsu training to three times a week.

Usually, I go during my lunch break, but waking up at 5 a.m. and leaving the house while my family is still sleeping feels much better.

I'm close to accepting the fact that I'll need to convince myself to train before every session.

I'll always have a list of reasons why skipping today won't be a big deal, but discipline means ignoring them.
