But they are a media outlet, also in the same limited market as other outlets, with the same issues, reducing both theirs and others listenership and profitability. So why are they there? Because they can be and appeal to slightly different parts of the same core. Like the Greens and Your Party.

You could also ask what's the point of The News Agents when there's other media outlets filling the same space politically?

I'm not in either party but I can see they appeal to different kinds of people with left wing convictions. Or do you think a return to 2 mainstream party politics is healthy?

Possibly the highlight of the 2017 election was his clearly graceless face in defeat to a candidate who'd had his student debt tripled by him.

A party of principle who dropped their knickers the moment David Cameron fluttered his eyelashes at them deserved nothing less than that humiliation.

Superb second half performance from Norn Iron. Germany weren't just rattled, they were hanging on for dear life, and only a pisspoor refereeing decision in injury time stopped Northern Ireland from getting a draw. They're perfectly capable of winning their last two games and making the play-offs.

Yes. We had our own version of a lying, bigoted, corrupt mysoginist who with his sychophants tried to get the Westminster parliament shut down when he didn't get his way. Luckily, even his own party turned against him, which is the only reason the UK isn't a mini-Trump irrelevance.

You do realise criticism of the Israeli government and their military, and highlighting that criticism, is somewhat different from prejudice against a faith practiced worldwide? If you definition of antisemitism is someone uploading an image of others highlighting that criticism, you're very wrong.

I tried. I really tried. But it just became unlistenable. I want Scotland's flagship broadcaster to succeed, to inform, to entertain. Plenty of their tv and radio shows do that. But Good Morning Scotland? It's in 'shake of the head, cringing' territory.
