That is Buster! A miniboss you will encounter in Bomb EX. He’s a maintenance robot and specializes in using various equipment

Mega Man Arena version 4.0 just had its FINAL trailer!! Dive Man was the big character reveal this time, featuring a brand new suplex move?!
