The art of Kung Fu Panda 3 by Maxwell Boas has to be among some of the most gorgeous concept art that I've seen come out of DreamWorks. It's amazing how perfectly the film captured the look of this art.

Here's some concept art of Elio and Glordon from Elio by Ernesto Nemesio. I still absolutely adore this film with all my heart and it should have absolutely have done better in theaters. I hope people give it a chance when it drops on Disney+ next week. It's a great Pixar film.

Cartoon Saloon has announced an art book commemorating their 25th anniversary showcasing art from all of their films as well as their shows and short films to be released in July 2026. Already, I know this is a must buy for me! So much amazing art in this book I need to see.

One thing I've decided to focus on less is how a movie will do at the box office because one thing I know is that just because a film doesn't do well initially in theaters doesn't mean it's always doomed to be forgotten. Films can always get second lives and find audiences.

Lately I've been more active on Tumblr than on Bsky
I still love this platform, and I still find cool stuff, but I feel that Tumblr is the one that suits me the most (although of course, it still has its flaws like bots and such)
