One thing I miss about living at my old place was easy access to salted egg yolk fried chicken. It was the absolute stuff of LIFE. Salted egg yolk anything is freaking delicious 😋

It was absolutely worth going to the shops to get coleslaw and sour cream for my baked potatoes dinner, even made a tomato egg drop soup to go with it.
I feel so satisfied 😌 Didn't even have time to take a picture before I'd eaten it all

There is something very satisfying about saying the word chippies versus just saying chips. Case in point I'd much rather eat some hot chippies rather than just hot chips.

Simple tip if you need to lower your blood sugar quickly and you can't go anywhere... 10 minutes of lifting both your heels up and down while keeping the balls of your feet on the floor is super effective. It helped me just then and I feel so much better 😌

Farkin booooh i think i caught the flu off someone on the plane back home. Covid test is negative though thank gawd, but knowing the strain evolution over time it could just be the test isnt picking it up 😒
