Over a hundred years ago, I applied to a drama middle school. I had to perform a monologue to tryout. I sucked so bad I grew up knowing I couldn't memorize a script. So I hadn't tried since.

Now I'm doing that easy for my videos. I just assumed my whole life I couldn't. Funny how that works

Like, it's not that your scent has rubbed off on the baby or whatever, which _might_ be a factor in certain specific cases

it's _more likely_ that kids are usually the ones dragging baby creatures back home

kids which convey illnesses to the creature

which the mother detects and can't care for--

This is probably (in part) a lot of the reason behind why people seem to believe the (often untrue) idea that touching baby animals will cause the mother to reject them, now that you mention it??
