I think a lot of nsfw assets don't really try super hard to be unique or feature rich out there, I did a lot w/ the limited docs online, and just on my own, I seen some cool things like, once or twice, but it's really rare.

Putting months of work onto a 3D dick that has knotting / knot tugging, gets wet properly with a custom normal to show volume to fluids, and has precum bead that grows larger and drips down over time.

sai genuinely just has the better binary / pixel brush
i can't put it into words but for example in csp it just looks off really often, though you can mitigate it by just disabling pressure or making it a bit bigger

I had one fail on me as a kid but it didn't shock me, a fuse blew in it and it just scared me, and that house did not have ground installed.

going through the heating element is the path of less resistance, so unless the heating element fails it'll never choose to shock you over just going through the coil, but ofc if it does actually fail that is why the ground wire is there. But the designs from now are a lot better than they used to-
