Dark Shield, a 5.6% Dark English IPA.

Described by Burton themselves as giving molasses and dark treacle but with none of the roastiness expected from a dark beer, expect this to be rather refreshing!

If you order a pint of cask ale at The Kings Head you get a modern recreation of a 10-sided 1930s pint glass. If you order a half, if you're lucky, you get an actual 1930s glass with a GR stamp. Amazing.
