I've started posting a story that I originally intended to make as a visual novel called The Syamantaka Inheritance. I'm going to try writing it as a novel online now.

I’m torn on purchasing Pokémon Z-A. I enjoyed Arceus a lot but this battle system looks very different and the city landscape looks kinda… bland? It’s not awful but it’s just kinda not sparking a sense of adventure in me.

Might be. The post-game was made for the PS3 version only, not in the Wii original. So it could be they updated the models for this scenario specifically?

After work I typically go home and eat/draw/write/sleep so while I do get to practice some amount of reading just by being here, I ironically don't get as many opportunities to talk to people in general.

To expound on this, it's hard for me to approach a teacher to make conversation when their busy; I'd need a specific reason to go over and talk, which is usually about work rather than "normal" conversation.

On top of that, teachers often want me to speak to them in English to help them practice.

Seeing Gnosia get an anime adaptation, one that at least so far seems to have a budget, is so surreal. I played this back in 2020 and I don't ever remember it being all that popular or whatever.

I'm thinking someone at the anime studio just wanted to make this adaptation. A pet project.
