Bears RB D’Andre Swift: “When it’s clicking early on, that’s kind of what you want. That’s demoralizing to the opposing team.”

47 carries, 281 yards, and a signature win. Story from Philadelphia
Ben Johnson loves smashmouth football. The Bears delivered to stun the Eagles
The Bears got a signature win, and did so in large part because of the way the offensive line blocked and running backs ran over the Eagles.

After his interception, Bears QB Caleb Williams went 5-of-7 passing for 62 yards and a touchdown, including two third-down conversions and one fourth-down conversion.
This is the second time since 2006 (at Arizona) the Bears won when their QB completed less than 50% of his passes and had a passer rating below 60. The other was the 2024 season opener.

The wind played a role tonight, but once again, Caleb Williams made his completions count.

The Bears ran 85 plays today, their most in a non-overtime game since 1999. Their 47 carries were the most in a non-overtime game since 1995.

For only the second time since 2013, the Bears have clinched an above-.500 season.

Weird to see the "Fly Eagles Fly" song happening as fans head to the exits.

Kinda wondered how long Ben Johnson could go without going with a play-action pass ... and there it was.

Cole Kmet now second in Bears history in touchdown catches for a tight end.

A smashmouth drive from the Bears' offense. 12 plays, 87 yards in 6:44.

Kyle Monangai has 112 yards rushing, D'Andre Swift has 107. First time the Bears have two backs with 100+ in the same game since Nov. 10, 1985 (Matt Suhey, Walter Payton). (h/t Bears PR)

The Bears' defense is a real feast or famine when defending the tush push. What a play by Nahshon Wright to get the ball back, keep the Eagles off the board.
November 28, 2025 at 10:06 PM
That's Caleb Williams' first INT since Oct. 26. The screen was set up for at least a Bears first down if not more. Instead, it's Eagles ball in scoring range.
November 28, 2025 at 10:02 PM
It took the Eagles five plays to go 92 yards and (almost) tie the game. Critical drive coming up for a Bears offense that has been sputtering.

The Bears started the game 7-for-8 on third down. They're 0-for-4 since, and couldn't take advantage of the turnover. The Eagles remain one play away from tying the game even though the Bears have dominated just about every facet.

Wow, what a pick by Kevin Byard, No. 6 on the year, No. 35 of his career, takeaway No. 25 for the Bears this season.
November 28, 2025 at 9:46 PM
The Eagles are now 1-for-6 on third down. Big opportunity for the Bears here...

The 47 plays the Bears ran are tied for the most they've run in a first half since at least 2000 (W3 vs. Colts, 2024) (via @trumedia.bsky.social).

Johnson has made "Good, better, best" a part of the lexicon in Chicago. Here's how that phrase became the team motto.

Bears QB Caleb Williams threw a strike to Colston Loveland for the Bears' 14th first down of the day, before back-to-back incomplete passes and the Eagles' first sack of the day. Williams is 9-of-20 passing.
November 28, 2025 at 9:08 PM
The Bears are 7-for-9 on third down. Eagles? 1-for-4. Jaylon Johnson with the PD to force a punt.
November 28, 2025 at 9:01 PM
D'Andre Swift is having himself a game — 8 carries for 77 yards. Offense stalled at the 12 with three consecutive incompletions. Looked like a miscommunication on first down. Caleb Williams' scramble on third down was key, but he's 8/17 passing.

Bears DE Austin Booker's TFL helps force the Eagles to settle for a FG. Chicago caught a break when Jalen Hurts missed an open DeVonta Smith on third down.

Saquon Barkley's four carries had each gone for 4+ yards before Booker's stop.
