Internet service outage at home for the whole day. Would have been perfect for just sitting down and painting models while listening to an audiobook, instead of bending over backwards to go to the workplace.

Collecting a 3rd edition Necron army must have been pretty easy - they only had Warriors as troops, so the Battleforce boxset would have had two units of 10, then with a Necron Lord (purchased separately) would easily form a 500pt list from which it can be expanded.

I do think I need to incorporate my army paintings to my channel's content. It's a lot of time and effort that enable the battle reports while putting them in the back burner. The problem is I don't have a viable recording setup. And my hobby desk is usually messy.
