I gave up and played most things in japanese lol. Though Ineffas quest the prelude to nodkrai is fully voiced in english as was the summer quest if you missed it.

Paralogism was really good I think most EN voices have returned now! I'm not sure if past stuff is recorded. I think we are still missing some major EN voices in both Paralogism and a time and place for us. (That one is missing only Dain in english but it was present enough I played in japanese)
