I've just been putting it off today cuz I have a little bit of a headache. I haven't taken anything for it though, I just expected it to go away after I ate, but it didn't. And maybe some endorphins from a good workout might help.

I think I need to turn up the intensity of my workout. It's been a while since my muscles were sore the next day, which means I'm probably not doing enough.

I still haven't finished my workout. I had my walk, but I stopped there because I desperately needed lunch. But now it's been 2 hours and I haven't gotten back to it. Instead I'm having a glass of iced almond milk with honey and coffee spice lol.
