How I feel climbing back into my hidey-hole after charming everyone at the social function.
The go to date night spot the last few years for my husband and I is a local Korean bbq and hot pot, which is ironic since we usually go out to avoid cooking.
But it’s always fun, the food fresh, and the soju cocktails are bangin’…so be it 🤘

I’m always struggling to keep our house clean (I have two littl’uns) and find new and interesting ways to blame myself for it.
I just watched my 4yo take an empty paper towel roll FROM THE GARBAGE, scold me for throwing it out, play with it for about 14 seconds, and then throw it on the floor.

Last bout of grading and then the fall semester is officially sealed. Not sure why I took on this extra work the last few months since life was crazy already, but it does feel good once it’s done 👩🏼🏫
