This morning, we said goodbye to Lula. Lu. Luie. Our best girl. She walked this earth for 17 years and spent 16 of them walking with us. What a gift it was to love her for so long.

the other week i saw a black cat named carlton who was up for adoption and came from a hoarder home and i haven’t stopped thinking about him 😭 i hope he’s found a clean home and a nice family 🥺

my dad had heart surgery this week and is doing really well so far (knock on wood). i’ve been decompressing by getting back into crochet. learned granny stitches last night and attempted to make some 13(ish) ones with the yarn i have on hand.
