My last check up was in June, I was asked by my GP surgery to take part in a health check programme and I done it, but found out I have high blood pressure, but I still think it was good to do the health check programme
but catching it early gives us the chance to manage it effectively and reduce any risks. I’m really glad you went through with it, and we can now work together to keep you healthy moving forward
