More pushing, shoving, “less lethal” projectiles towards the crowd that was assembled at Metro Detention Center. Protesters were as far as I can tell peaceful outside of remaining in the area (but were attempting to leave) until the charge from horse mounted units.

at our last dependency court hearing one of the cases was an hour of the state trying to figure out what to do with 7yo and 12yo sisters because both their parents are in ice detention and given 60 days to "self deport" a family torn apart buy the party of "family values"

thinking about the time a cool Instagram fashion account asked me to name my favorite products and i didn't know i was supposed to name fashion products, so i said pigeon food because i like feeding pigeons and their followers were like "why the fuck do i need pigeon food for my outfit?"

in theory it could be great. I am a terrible judge of how much pain Im in. when I had spinal headaches after a lumbar puncture, it was only when I was constantly vomiting that I realized I was in no condition to be working. so an app that could figure that out for me would be nice.

i feel like the people arguing the change couldn't have happened at ellis island are missing the point. yeah sure, the officials at ellis island were just copying from the passenger manifests but the names could have already been changed by shipping clerks or ticket agents, etc.
