Still progressing well towards the 70+ records targets. At the track last night:
2 x 400m, 3 x 1km, 2 x400m (60)
88, 86, 3:43, 3:40, 3:36, 82, 79 another solid session. Scar tissue around the ankle still restricting movement.
Shoes still performing well and no wear on the soles :-)
4 x 4km XC relay today

Very consistent - happy with that :-)

over 50s team, 2nd place.

1km splits = 3:59, 3:59, 3:57, 3:55 HR Max 163 - Cadence and HR very steady

Fun in the mud 2 x 2 x 1km relay. Over 60s - first lap 3:36, second lap 3:48.
Another decent track session. Building strength for record attempts in the next age group - starting in 8 weeks :-)
