I have always been told to be vigilant about non-governmental websites or online services asking for ID like Driver’s License or passport from a young age. Things like this and PSN breach in 2011 is why I don’t have a high level of trust in companies in having a secured IT system.

The Sims has already been on the decline in terms of quality and service for years, and now there’s a new Sims-like game coming out later this year: Paralives. I foresee more gamers that want queer & disabled rep flocking to games like Paralives.

55 billion dollars is A LOT of money to buy EA. How do you think the Saudi investors and US private equity is gonna make sure they make profit out of this buyout in short term? It’s a tale as old as time, and EA is going to suffer before it collapses.

I have seen enough videos by Bright Sun Films and Company Man to know how the EA acquisition will turn out in the next couple of years. We are now truly seeing the beginning of the end of EA as well know it.

Just had a big brain moment where I complained about how some panel rooms only have projector on the left/right side of stage & contestants could not see projector. Then I realized I could make the laptop be the contestant's screen, and I could operate the laptop remotely with a wired keyboard.

I can count how many friends I know who owns or is interested in buying a Xbox Series X with just 1 hand and without lifting a finger. A price increase isn't gonna lift a finger out of my hand.

One of reasons why I like Fontaine and Sumeru‘s stories are that they draw parallels to the real world and their writing is better than what I have seen in other games that try to cover the topics that Genshin did. I look forward to seeing what Nod-Krai and Snezhnaya have in store.

I can’t help but think that the Frostmoon Scions in the Archon quests of #genshinimpact remind me of the Indigenous people of Canada. Esp their conflict with the Fatui, the things they told off to them in their dialogue, and Truth & Reconciliation Day coming up later this month.

I was actually bored to a point where I just aimlessly press Space and F buttons and wanted to get over with it. Sumeru and Fontaine were more engaging and put me at edge of my seat. Natlan didn't. I am hoping Nod Krai's story in its upcoming archon quests would be better.

As much as I like the designs and aesthetics of Natlan, the story in its archon quests are just not good. Even if the ENG voices get fixed eventually, they can't fix the story's flawed writing. I actually like the story in Bennett's summer event way more than the story in Natlan archon quests.
