I'm kinda glad I did, because tbh Kalos isn't the most memorable region in the world for me.. I don't even think I ever finished the Looker episode before this playthrough

honestly I feel like the reverse happened with Breath of the Wild. When it came out, it was super highly praised, but nowadays you see a lot more people critical of it

Marx only appears in his default form for two seconds but I've always thought he looked weird here.. I think it's because his eyes don't overlap with the brim of his hat like they usually do. Luckily, his boss form looks mostly fine.

If Marx is in Air Riders (which he totally is), he'll actually look good this time around, right? I mean everybody else looks better than they did in Smash Ultimate.

Going into it, I thought this would be like a favorite direct. There's really only three upcoming switch games that I care about rn: Air Riders, Tomodachi Life and Rhythm Heaven. but I didn't get all that much in any of those departments

I think Ohara's was orange in Dream Buffet, so probably not her. With Ikegami, it's hard to get a read on him. There's like 3 songs credited to him in the last 15 years. One of those songs was Welcome to the New World in Forgotten Land though, so I guess it's not hard to believe he'd work on SCW.

One of the other songs has some notes with a different shade of purple, so there might be a new composer working on this game? People are saying it's Tadashi Ikegami, since his note color in Dream Buffet was indigo, but that doesn't really look like indigo to me.

Another screenshot from Dream Buffet, this time showing a song that was composed by Ikegami. Here the music notes look more navy-ish to me. These are different colors, aren't they? Maybe they just changed the note color?

It also sounds like he's composing songs for Air Riders too (not confirmed yet, but listening to the bass lines on some of them songs... I think it's him) Glad to know that even though he left HAL a while back, he'll still be working on Kirby games

The Kirby Twitter posted a couple of Star Crossed World songs and it looks like Shogo Sakai composed some songs for it. This is the second time he's composed for a mainline Kirby game, the first being Squeak Squad, so I'm really interested to see the full soundtrack!

A screenshot of Kirby's Dream Buffet. There's more music notes that are the same shade of purple as the previous screenshot. Ever since Triple Deluxe, most Kirby games provide individual composer credits for songs using colored music notes. In this case, these purple notes mean that Shogo Sakai composed/arranged the song.

I mean, Adeleine, Taranza, and Daroach are the other characters I want for Air Riders and they all got a pretty good chance of getting in. Sooo Gryll might unironically be pretty high on my wishlist even though they're a fake character from a fake game

I don't even know what abilities they would have. They're just really good at Star Stacker. It's funny to think about how being a spirit is probably the most relevant role they've had since their debut game. But whatever, I still think they're still cool..
