Looks like you still have the opening style set to "2-stage". In order to get the maximum possible opening for a given cylinder diameter change it to "Straight Inner": kdxgp.github.io?c=%232de377&...

That's a restriction with the 2-stage entry design itself. Only option is to change the opening style.

I need to think about that how to realize that in a parametric CAD model. That would eliminate the need for different styled openings.

I thought about adding other dimensions but have decided against it to not clutter the interface with to much information.
