Yes! When we buy an ebook or downloadable audiobook, we are buying a license to lend the title, which comes with specific restrictions, like only lending one digital copy at a time. We don’t own the file the way we own physical items.

Our Boulevard Park, Burien, Greenbridge, Tukwila, Vashon and White Center locations will be closed tomorrow, August 21, for staff training. These locations will reopen during normal hours on Friday, August 22.
