Yes! Oliver does 😄 His hair is naturally black, but when he is young he dyes it blond. He embraces it a bit more with age, though he likes putting fun colors in his bangs.

So, I was totally watching Penguin and I thought Oliver would rock Sophia's take no more sh*t look and came up with this. Then I decided it'd be a cute album cover for them because they wind up making music together after they work their relationship out. #ocsky #queerart
