I am delighted that my Members Bill to reform Freedom of Information has been introduced in the Scottish Parliament. I look forward to debating why freedom of information law needs reformed and FOI extended to outsourced public services.

Today’s announcement that ScotRail ticket prices will be rising 3.8% in April is unacceptable.

We need public transport that is for people not profit. This would be good for the environment, economy and Scotland’s commuters.

Absolutely right in these atrocious weather conditions, which has already seen loss of life, that many employers have required their workforce to stay at home today.

Concerning that hospitality workers, and others, are being asked to stay at home without pay.
