In the Czech Republic to run my new larp "Epos Daimon" for the Danish larp boarding school Epos.

It is set on a school under the fascist and theocratic Magisterium and is inspired by my Daemon larp.

Next week, I am running the new study trip larp that I designed "Epos Daimon" for the Danish larp boarding school EPOS. I decided to introduce them to the mechanics of Daemon.

It runs during the reign of the facist Magisterium. Seems relevant to teach them about the dangers of that right now.

My partner Alexander is one of the best writers, I know, and I played the playtest of his and Sydney Mikosch' new larp about supervillains in therapy. The combination of fun and darkness from especially DC comic books hits exactly right.

Ready to run Daemon for the 10th time(!). Having so many great friends spending so much of their time and energy to make this a great experience for the awesome players is as always humbling!

What are key values for you when you write characters?

For me, it is complexity of relations and dilemmas. Always. I also strive for every single character to be as good as each of the others. I usually spend at least 50 % of my time on the 20 % characters I have the hardest time making work.

The huge Daemon team (- the three arriving today is ready). We are hours ahead of schedule and I am once again impressed with the dedication of the people I have the privilege to create experiences with.

I am preparing to run the budget version of Daemon tomorrow and it is insane how many voluntary hours extra are needed compared to the castle version.

Financial accesibility is so important, and it is definitely worth it, but with this setup, I would only be able to run about three larps per year.
