i tried making caramel again and it went wrong AGAIN!!!!! straight into the trash!!!! (i think i burned it slightly bc it tasted bitter) (also it seized when i added the heavy cream and was never completely smooth even after i reheated it)

i was thinking i didn't really like the cookie butter coffee syrup i made but this morning i added celtic flaky salt to it and !!!! this is the way
