Ah, you're right. I had only rewatched it a couple of nights ago, but I did get the name mixed up. There's some War Donkey material used in it as well, so I wasn't even sure where it originated.

Definitely at a set time, I think. Why not try logging your level of despair on a mood chart? That way you can feel that the doom has in some way been processed and dealt with, and therefore actively witnessed.
