After my pops passed, then the next year my granddaddy it took a couple of years to get into it. After losing my ma then my grandma the year after, I don't. We'll see how I feel on Christmas bc this was the first thanksgiving I was ready to be around folks

Our elders need internet literacy classes. How to spot fake ads, fake news, ai, how to not take memes as facts, etc. It's bad out here.

November taught me patience and to depend on ppl. The only thing I was focused on was recovery
December will also be a month of patience and stillness. Both are hard for me to do. I picked up my journal more in November than the last 6 months
