As someone who has met BOTH sides of this, I can see why people would be saying it. Perhaps their experience has only been negative, and are jaded a bit. I have found wonderful streamers, and then found people I thought were great, and they weren't. Just like life, never know what you're gonna get!

Its not a lot but I'm down 9lbs since last month. Just making changes with eating habits has helped a lot! Plus I feel less bloaty and bleh. YAY!
