No recruiter out there should have the audacity, the gall, the cheek and the gumption to dismiss a candidate, just because they dared to use AI to craft a personalized cover letter or resume to the endless applications sent out. Especially considering automation is part of their jobs now.

What a difference the fall of an empire makes. About a decade ago I didn’t even interview for a job (🐓🦷). Got referred by an old coworker then got an email saying “show up Monday at 9am and the job’s yours”.
Nowadays I gotta sacrifice my first born while dodging ICE just to get a rejection email.
