It's definitely a thing and the solution is either tough it out or switch to a different med. SSRIs are honestly brutal.
I've never taken a Phenylpiperazine med because of STUFF so I can't help there...
Suggest against melatonin.

Honestly... it feels like my life is a yuri manga!!
I just didn't know it until I was 27. I could write it so easily... but it would probably not be a particularly interesting story. Or would it?? Aaaaaah idk...
Maybe I'll just incorporate parts of it into my lore... somehow.
