coming of age themed, one finding the meaning of life in their youth… I don’t think shachu’s story is that deep. maybe what I want to convey is that they’re always together in every stage of their life. even when they part, they will find a way to be together again

I don’t really have an exact blueprint when making shachu (they’re just there as long as I remember) but when thinking of them, the most similar media in terms of mood and world building is probably Honey and Clover…

I found it funny that I watched this after years of having shachu, the game really depicts the mundane life in a peaceful small town (without the tragedies and everything) 😭 this could’ve been shachu’s blueprint if I watched it earlier maybe
