one time i applied for an arc of the second book in a series and it was literally in the signup form & emails to please read the first book first if you haven’t already multiple times

i cannot recommend them enough. customer service is top notch. just remember that all of the books are overstock/returns so they won’t be pristine condition, they usually have a marker dot on the pages edge
