Environment Canada has issued a heat warning for all of Prince Edward Island.
Maximum daytime temperatures will hit 28 to 30 Celsius, feeling closer to 33 to 36 Tuesday through Thursday.
The province of PEI is reminding Islanders that an Alert Ready test is scheduled for 12:55pm today, Wednesday May 7, 2025.
This is part of a routine and pre-scheduled national preparedness exercise during Emergency Preparedness Week. The alert will clearly indicate that it is a test.
