Community hospital systems need to return to their mission, funding by tax dollars with super small co-pays. It can be done with the will of the people. It also requires changing the malpractice laws so that the cost of being a physician is less.

Medicare for all is a good idea that will require the change of the entire health care system. It is not a payment problem, it's a system problem. It's about half there. But FQHCs and RHCs need to expand and improve.

I'm 68 and am trying to get with the program. I'm going to be around for the next 20 years, will do what I can, and realize that the next generation of leaders need to stand up and raise their voices. And we need to be in a place to hear them.

Trump has never believed in the rule of law. The reason he called the military "suckers and losers" is because he doesn't believe in anything other than blind power. He doesn't understand the value of freedom other than it is something in his way. So he must crush it.
