I went to the home megastore to purchase rose cones and they had never heard of them. I described them to the garden center guy he looked at me like I was daft. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel so very old when I have to Bing a business because I watched their commercial do not understand wtf they are selling or the phrases/trendy word/branding they are using. Obviously, I am not within their age or economic demographic.
However, I just learned what a resy restaurant is.

Today I watched a Swainsons Hawk and a Raven land and rest next to each other atop a t top utility pole. They stayed there for several minutes. They are nearly always adversaries.
Strange times indeed.

“They sing it Acapulco."

"No, they sing it Acapulco, without music."
"Oh, you mean a capella."
"Whatever."

I was organizing the medicine cabinet in the guest bathroom and found outdated dental floss. The putrid green colour of the container was my first clue. I’ll cut the floss into bits to safely discard it and the container. 🙂
