David is a victim of predator and neglectness of parents. He's the monster that was created. Romeo found out about this and headed out to parents to blame them for their neglect putting facts, while they were dismissing it all. And in argument he said 'OUR VICTIMS'8

David likes to play with brother's nerves and psyche, always reminding that Romeo helped him with crimes, how their parents didn't care at all, how Romeo despite being drug lord is still a fucking coward and that David without fears embraced his monstrocity
