Late start... though I still want to try as many as I can 🙏 These are my drawings for days 1 to 4. #exetober #sonicexe #dream
Day 1 - Deceit. An illustration of angel island zone and a sonic stands with his back turned to the viewer, seemingly looking at the greenery and ocean in the background while gentle sunlight beams down on him. The colour palette used is called cotton candy skies. Day 2 - Hill. An illustration which combines the dream from April and more recent dreams of sprawling hills with ominous circumstances. A sonic stands faceless with wing appendages from his head, and those wings are covered in eyes which stare at you. Snow is drifting down and the hill he stands on is blanketed in ice. The colour palette used is called midnight rose. Day 3 - Drowning. An illustration of 6 ghost like figures who stand in a circle around sonic who is lying face down in a dark pool of water. The pool of water is the pupil of a large, dark eye with a bright iris. The pupil is overflowing while water continues to drip down. There is a dim light which shines down above. The phantoms around sonic have taken his likeness. The colour palette used is called deep dive. Day 4 - Puppet Strings. An illustration based off a dream. Blaze is lying on the ground, cut into clean pieces. Cursed eyes are leaving or moving towards her and she watches this with concern. Her shadow is cast in a strange way, moving towards the light in straight lines. There are thin strings which cut across the scene, seeming to be the reason for her condition. She is surrounded by roses. The colour palette used is called autumn cellar.
