No hurricanes in the mountains this year, please. For many reasons, including that my mother has taken in another wayward cat. Nine cats in a 2 bedroom condo seems impossible in a way that eight cats somehow didn't.

This has definitely been the case in DC--the NG are standing in metro stations and mulching (?!) the parks. It's the "agents" who are kidnapping people off the streets with the assistance of the DC police.
